What You’ll Do

As part of our Research Team, you’ll:

• Partner with experienced consultants to design and execute senior and executive-level searches.

• Lead research and engage directly with executives, emerging leaders, and diverse talent pools.

• Build relationships that cultivate trust, curiosity, and insight,  the Phelps way.

• Deliver quality market intelligence, detailed candidate assessments, and data-driven recommendations.

• Contribute to high-impact leadership placements that help shape Canada’s public, private, and Indigenous sectors.
