Diana Rucchin supports the Research Team with executive search.
Utilizing her unique networking skills, Diana assists the senior Researchers in finding and placing exceptional candidates. Diana’s experience in human resources and conflict resolution skills has provided insight into extensive and difficult searches, leading to exceptional organizational growth.
Prior to joining Phelps, Diana worked in a human resources role at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre’s Human Resources Department. Since graduating in June of 2017, Diana has gained further experience in both Human Resources and Finance, working in various aspects of the field particularly in Recruitment, Labour Law and Payroll and Benefits.
Diana graduated from the Business Administration Program at Confederation College, majoring in Human Resources. She is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations (BHRLR) through Athabasca University. Working towards a Certified Human Resources Professional Designation (CHRP).
