Working collaboratively with the Research and Business Development departments, Jason engages with government, for profit and not-for-profit organizations to identify opportunities provide fast and efficient Staffing solutions. In addition, Jason leads the design, implementation and administration of the Staffing strategy for the Northern Phelps branch in Thunder Bay, Ontario. He uses his distinctive networking skills to find exceptional talent for Temporary to Permanent searches. Jason is a graduate of the Business Administration Human Resources program at Confederation College. He is currently working towards his CHRP designation to become a Certified Human Resources Professional. When Jason isn’t in the office, he makes a positive impact in the lives of youth as the Volunteer Coordinator for Focus Forward for Indigenous Youth.
