Marketing and Operations Manager

Nayely Figueroa is responsible for designing and implementing the marketing strategy and ensuring we offer best-in-class client and candidate experiences. She oversees our administrative processes, issuing recommendations and implementation steps to improve our daily operations.

Before joining Phelps, Nayely worked as an Operational Excellence Manager at Bayer, where she led the reshaping of the Commercial Excellence Model to enhance sales practices and the restructuring of the Sales Incentive Program. In these roles she managed scope, communications, stakeholders, risks and other key knowledge areas of project management to ensure quality and timely and fully operational solutions. She also held other progressive Marketing roles in international companies like Adama and Monsanto. 

Nayely holds a BA in Marketing from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), and a Master of Digital Experience Innovation from the University of Waterloo. Nayely is also an active volunteer in the Toronto community, currently serving as a Graphic Designer for the not-for-profit association Hispanotech to promote the success of Hispanics in Canada’s technology sectors and she is a Video Editor for EXATEC Ontario, a registered non-for-profit that works to contribute to the professional, social, and cultural development of qualified professionals in the Canadian marketplace.
